Terms & Conditions

Customer:

Please be aware that you as the hirer, you are responsible for all passengers on board.

You will assume full responsibility for all damages to the vehicle caused by you or your guests.

Security Booking Bond:

To secure your booking, a bond of $300 is due to secure your bus.

Bonds will be refunded within 7 working days to your nominated bank account (which was filled out prior on a jot form) provided there is no damage to the vehicle.

Bonds are NOT refundable in the event of a cancellation.

Excess Damage Fee:

For ANY damage to CMC Party Bus windows, a fee of $1500 is payable immediately & police will be called.

Payment Method:

Please pay the driver cash on the day upon pick up.

Confirmation:

Please have all your details confirmed at least 2 days prior to travel. Please confirm with your chosen destinations that they will accept large group bookings.

Please have an itinerary confirmed & sent to CMC Party Buses prior to travel. Please be ready on time at your pickup location. Any extra time (outside of you allocated time) will be charged at $200 per hour.

Fighting & Vandalism:

CMC Party Buses reserves the right to terminate your bus hire if you or your guests to are endangering others, disruptive or fighting on the vehicle.

All passengers will be evicted, police called & no refund will be given.

Lost Property:

Passengers are responsible for their personal belongings. CMC Party Buses are not liable for lost or stolen items. Items, if found, will be stored at our depot for collection.

Food & Drink:

Passengers are allowed to eat & drink on the bus. Please be advised that we prefer cans & plastic bottles over glass. Alcohol may be consumed but passengers must be over the age of 18yrs & must have valid identification.

Unforeseeable Events:

CMC Party Buses will not be held liable for traffic delays, or road conditions. If in the event of mechanical failure, CMC Party Buses endeavour to send a replacement vehicle within two (2) hours – location dependant. If we are unable to provide a replacement bus a partial refund may be given.
